KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Use Enterprise integration/application tools to design, develop, troubleshoot, debug and deploy integrations/applications for customers;
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment and be a team player;
• Troubleshooting complex integration issues;
• Keep the Customer Satisfaction levels high by providing timely services to customers with proper communication mechanisms;
• Handle multiple projects/technical tasks at any point of time;
• Ability to grasp application and integration concepts of new products quickly and efficiently;
• Have a good functional understanding of the products and integrations and help the stakeholders in corresponding activities.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree, preferably in engineering (bachelor in engineering or master degree in computer applications);
• Relevant studies and projects that were run during the university years.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Java language (must have);
• Data Bases (Writing SQL Queries, Reports, Stored Procedures) Oracle/MS SQL;
• Systems Platform and Database Management;
• Web Page Designing (HTML/Java Script);
• XML/XPath/WebServices;
• Spring Framework knowledge is a big plus;
• Eclipse knowledge highly desired;
• Good understanding/experience of Integration framework, tools and security;
• Strong interpersonal communication, customer facing, and team player skills;
• Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, while effectively managing priorities and communicating progress;
• Learning capacity and the will to acquire new skills;
• Fluent in English (at business level).
