What is Production?
It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our goods are produced at the best price and quality, in a sustainable way.
As a Technician - Footwear, Bags&Belts,
you are responsible to develop and secure products from risk assessment to bulk production. While dealing with products you secure the styling, workmanship & fit. Being the technical expert, you are pro-active in looking after problems that are arises in the sample and bulk stage. Only giving solutions to a problem is not the end how work, rather developing and engaging the whole team specially supplier will benefit you for long-term. You have a major role to play when it comes to upgrade suppliers’ knowledge knowing their technical level & secure product quality. You also need to be creative in making options to improve our products. Moreover, you are inhabitant to secure time of delivery.
WHO ARE YOU?
You are a problem solver, constantly improving way of working with innovative ideas. You have a strong background in working with leather footwear, bags and belts products. You get motivated by environments that encourage end to end ownership of the production process. You are fluent in both English and Spanish and obtain strong communication skills to support working with offices and suppliers around the world.
Working with full autonomy and flexibility will be the main assets; as this role will require frequent travel to suppliers within Spain and in Europe.
