Team Description

We are on a journey to transform our customer experience, through focusing on customer needs and realizing them in an increasingly changing world.  Ensure that Service Logistics and Operations is operating at its optimum to support our customers whilst developing and building capabilities to offer a seamless customer experience

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Enhance Customer experience and execute on business MBOs as follows:

  • Facilitate business results (engage and interact with others to effectively promote a productive working environment including but not limited to S.L.& O. functions, S.L.& O. extended functions such as Order Management, Planning, Global Territory Management, Value Added Services, Non Standard Deals, Services Full Coverage, Asset Management, Service Enablement, Regional Sales teams, vertical and segment Sales representatives etc);
  • Form collaborative environments to drive innovation where desired;
  • Enable solutions to increase value and differentiation (example support attainment of new business through Non Standard Deal, Lifecycle Services);
  • Create an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, respected, and heard;
  • Build strong, productive relationships across organizations and customers / partner landscape, that are instrumental to Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction and achieving business objectives;
  • Mediate conflicting interests of disparate groups through effective collaboration and systematic techniques to create win-win situation;
  • Assess data and information to make timely, effective decisions which consider both long and short-term business needs;
  • Exercise a level of curiosity to support continuous personal development;
  • Actively respond to changes in the business and customer environment (best practices, technology trends, business goals, and on the job “lessons learned”);
  • Use planning and prioritization processes to align team and resources towards the most important business objectives;
  • Communicate information and ideas through a range of mediums to various audiences in a way

that demonstrates subject-matter knowledge and facilitates comprehension;

§  Practice Personal Leadership

Qualifications and Skills; Knowledge

§  BA/BS degree or equivalent in Business/Economics/Logistics/ Finance

§  5+ years solutions experience (Transport, Logistics Network, Information Technology, Customer Solutions

§  Ability to work under minimal supervision, in a Manager-like capacity

§  Ability to work productively in high pressure environment

§  Ability to convey senior/mature professional messaging

§  Ability to work effectively in influencing and leading (without managing) multiple functions

§  Languages: Fluent in English, further language requirements depending on territory to support

§  Strong written and verbal communication skills

§  Innovative mindset, natural curiosity into new developments in the Supply Chain and ability to translate this to potential new Service offerings for our Customers and PartnersBA/ BS degree or equivalent

§  ITIL foundation preferred

§  Skilled to expert level of Business Acumen

§  Skilled in Change Management

§  Skilled / expert level in Client Management

§  Basic knowledge of Project Management

§  Knowledge of Cisco Services is an advantage

Experience

§  Minimum of 5 years of supply chain experience in various roles

§  Minimum 7 years of general business experience

§  Global cross functional experience
