Junior Payroll Specialist

Specific requirements for this position:

- University degree or 4th year student in HR, Accounting/Finance or similar;
- 1 – 2 years previous experience with Payroll calculations/HR administration and knowledge of the HR legislation is a serious advantage;
- Excellent level of English;
- Excellent computer literacy;
- Willingness and ability to work in a team, under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Accounting background will be considered as advantage;

Key responsibilities:

- HR administration;
- Payroll calculations;
- Provide payroll information to clients and organization of payroll related payments;
- Labor legislation compliance;
- Social security and health insurance compliance.
- Preparing routine correspondence to various parties.
