ERP Implementation Director (M/F)

Descrição da Função:

As an ERP Implementation Director, you will drive the implementation of Epicor ERP Chain platform in over five global locations. In addition, you will provide critical system support which Includes working with IT and Business partners on project management, enhancements deployment and cross-training.As a functional expert, you will be very involved in ensuring design, build and implementation of work product; participate in requirements, validation of architecture, and creation and review of the design. You will define the problem, propose and create the solutions well as guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building to help details the project scope.Core ResponsibilitiesYou should:

• Be experienced with developing testing scenarios for new development


• Develop training for end users on the business functions and for team members


• Troubleshoot issues in the development systems (transports, cross-functional teams, system errors, etc.) and also in production as required by the critical business processes


• Support business constituents In break-fix situations and In designing efficient, powerful solutions for business problems


• Analyze existing business and technical processes to constantly Improve efficiency and drive shareholder value

Requisitos:

• 
  Between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience


• Experience in a release management role on one or more large ERP Implementations


• Willingness and ability to travel throughout our locations in Europe


• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Epicor specific experience


• Studies in one of the following areas: Accounting/Finance/Supply Chain/IT/Project Management


• Ability to perform in a high volume, fast-paced changing environment


• Experience working with multinational teams across multiple time zones


• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage internal and external resources


• Ability to operate independently and remain focused through change


• Ability to track progress across multiple workstreams, departments and locations to enable a data-driven decision-making approach


• Experience in executive communication including presentation preparation and delivery
