Customer Service Spanish& Italian&French - Porto

In this role, you will report to the Operations Manager:

- Handle all, incoming calls and emails from our customers to provide an excellent consumer experience.

- Advise our customers on nhow to use our website and answer all types of requests;

- Follow up the company processes and workflows in order to give full satisfaction to our customers;

Profile:

- Secondory school education and other relevant qualifications;

- Excellent communications skills;

- Speak fluently French and Spanish; Speaking also Italian would be a plus;

- Experience in previous customer service role or within the transport industry;
