The Customer Experience (CX) Center provides flexible and innovative ways to help meet customer needs while improving profitability for Customer Experience delivery teams. Highly technical, global resources support customer engagements in EMEAR region. Through our network of Customer Experience Centers (CX Centers) we enable delivery of innovative services and solutions. Our collaborative delivery model drives scalability, productivity and innovation across the AS organization.
Who You Are
Minimum qualifications:
- BS/BE/BTech degree or equivalent +8 years of related experience in the IT industry;
- Expert level knowledge in TWO of the following and strong knowledge in all other areas of: Core Routing (MPLS), QOS, IP Routing protocols (IGRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), IP internetworking, LAN Switching, Mobility, Network Management, WAN protocols (Frame Relay, ISDN), Leading edge technology design skills;
- Hands on experience on Cisco Switches/Routers – 2k, 3k, 4500, Catalyst 6500, ISR 4k, ASR 1k, ASR 9k;
- Expert level internetworking troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment, undertaking support as designated Professional Services Engineer for large-scale networks;
- Strong technical Account Management skills (Minimum 1 year of experience in Professional Services or high-level support);
- Large-scale network design skills, being an active participant in virtual technology teams within Professional Services;
- In-depth knowledge of network management and network availability and planning capacity;
- Fluency in English.
Desired Skills:
- Have CCIE written and lab in one Advanced Technology Specialization;
- Possess knowledge of Advanced Services Program model deliverables and expectations, and being able to articulate value-add to Customer;
- Know leading edge technology design assistance for primary accounts;
- Able to provide cross-functional contribution and impact with development engineering on product development and serviceability design;
- Demonstrate excellent consulting and interpersonal skills;
- Act as a passionate inspiring leader capable of quickly establishing executive interest in how to architect, deploy and operate the virtualized datacenter of the future;
- Understand and articulate the value and business competitiveness of Cisco solutions, having strong customer-facing skills;
- Hold excellent comprehension of the industry landscape (competitors and partners);
- Able to shift from high-level thinking to realistic and pragmatic execution, in demonstrating high-level, out-of-the-box thinking, analytical reasoning, and creative problem-solving skills;
- Hold a solid understanding of the end-to-end IT process, including architecture, design & engineering, implementation, and operations;
- Evince communication skills which include conflict management, negotiation, presentation/demonstration, and written expression.
